The Yogurt Parfait:
Layer 6 oz. cup of 2% honey flavored Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries
1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal in a glass
352 cals. 5g fat 9g fiber
